There are some people who have a peculiar penchant to attract every eye on the road they are on; Mark Kamp is one of them. Mark, out of this love, has made a replica Batmobile to ensure the plenty of attention. His replica Batmobile is complete with fins, parachute bags and rocket launchers (virtual). This car is attracting a great attraction from a society that loves everything Batman. Sometimes, as Mark says, “Even filling up with petrol usually turns into an exhibition”. Mark started work on Batmobile three years ago with a 1970 two door valiant convertible after coordinating with an engineer on how to have a Batmobile street legal. Batmobile is Mark’s work as a whole, except the paintwork and that is completed by Mick Judd, of Old School Body Works, at Warners Bay. He was able to acquire bits and pieces from throughout Australia and America.
