Duct tape we all know is a water resistant sealing tape. And due to its water resistant quality, it’s generally used for many purposes. I’ve seen people using duct tape to mount a hard drive, weather-proof a camera, make ice skates, and affix a flash diffuser for a camera and so on. However, the classic example of its use came to be known when a fisherman in a private fly in fishing tour in the Alaskan wilds left a cooler and bait in the plane that later on was smelt and destroyed by the wild bears. More images after the jump.

Images attached clearly show what they did to the plane, making plane totally unfit for the use. The pilot used his radio and asked another pilot to come to him with 2 new tires, 3 cases of duct tape, and a supply of sheet plastic. He patched the plane with Duct tape, and flew it home!
