When fun is added with luxury, it increases enjoyment ten times more than you would normally have while spending your summer country holidays in a caravan. With this thing in mind, Airstream has launched the Bambi 422 trailer at the UK’s National Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show.
In order to cater well to the twisty European roads, Airstream redesigned and engineered Bambi 422 trailer to present it as the most compact and nimble model. Made of authentic steel and aluminum, the Bambi, though, is based on its original early 60’s Airstream but is chiseled to compact size and added with better facilities.
On the top of this, Bambi 422 trailer has a MIRO weight of 1080kg and loaded towing weight MTPLM of just 1320kg that nullifies the need of a 4X4 vehicle to toe it but a VW Golf Diesel 2.0 and BMW 330i are just two examples of vehicles that are fully capable to drag it around.
This Bambi as all the features that the people in caravan can ask for: an L shaped lounge area, mid mounted kitchen air conditioning, an audio set-up, TV and a set of kitchen appliances, a WC in the rear with a shower cubicle suitable for six-footers and a vacuum flush toilet.
Bambi with cleverly squeezed an end-washroom two-berth into just 4.14metres is bit price at $51,000 but the amount is, as I think, worth the luxury and fun.
