The 157 foot record for distance jumping set by Bubba Blackwell ten years ago doesn’t exist anymore. Well, Seth Enslow, an American stunt motorcycle driver, shattered the existing mark and set the new record at 183.7-foot.

In order to do it, Enslw has to put his record breaking performance twice as the first one was missed by the media. The leap was called Seth VS Death and he used a modified Harley-Davidson XR1200 for the purpose. This is what Seth said after the record leap:

I might have broke a record, but I think I broke my nut too.

And the record was a great joy, of course, to Seth and the quote above seems true as he’d the 562 pounds Harley-Davidson plus metal tank multiplied by a pain that he had been through after 183.7 foot leap, but that didn’t budge him from achieving his coveted goal. Kudos to Seth!
